Kuakata Narikel Bagan:

Narikel Bagan (Coconut Garden) is that the nice place to go to for Kuakata travelers. it's situated at the eastern side of the ocean Beach. it's not very far distance from Kuakata Beach. So traveler can reach there easily by walking.

According to the local people these coconut garden is quite 40 years old. There are many coconut trees therein area. Narikel Bagan was formed with large area within the side of the ocean beach earlier. But now it's decreasing day by day. it's occurred for increasing the ocean level. The strong waves to the ocean touch the garden and destroy the front side trees. But still there are some trees alive so visitors can visit that spot.

Kuakata Shutki Polli:

Shutki Polli is another place at Kuakata where tourist can travel. it's located 4 kilometre west from Kuakata beach. On the way of Lebur bon/Lebur Chor one can travel Shutki Polli. From that place one can get the experience of the way to make dry fish (shutki). He will see the complete process of creating dry fish.

Fisherman catches many sorts of fish from the ocean . They sell some cannon fodder and remainder of the fish is use to form dry. There are sorts of fish process here. From shutki polli, shutki fish/dry fish is supplied in many spots of Bangladesh and also export in many countries.

At first fisherman cut the fishes then dry the fishes within the sun properly. It need to be done carefully to urge the simplest quality to dry fish.

Gangamati Reserved Forest:

Gangamati Reserved Forest is an evergreen mangrove forest within the Kuakata Patuakhali Bangladesh. it's located on the eastern end of the beach of Kuakata. You can also take an instantaneous boat from Dhaka sadarghat terminal to Patuakhali. This tour will cost you about the same as Barisal and these boats leaves little early around 4 to 7 PM.
